1. Ordering & Discounts

  • Wholesale orders must be placed via our website dashofhounds.co.uk.
  • To become a Dash Of Hounds stockist, you must first create an account at account.dashofhounds.co.uk and email us at hello@dashofhounds.co.uk with the email address used for registration. Approval is required before accessing wholesale discounts. Once approved, you’ll receive details on wholesale pricing and discounts.
  • Dash Of Hounds reserves the right to amend wholesale discounts at any time.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

  • As all of our products are handmade to order in the UK, we aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 10 working days.
  • If you require an urgent order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3. Cancellations & Returns

  • No cancellations are accepted after payment, as each order is handmade to order and may already be in production.
  • Faulty items can be returned for a replacement. Please contact hello@dashofhounds.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange this.

4. Resale Policy

  • Wholesalers are not permitted to sell Dash Of Hounds products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or other third-party marketplaces.
  • Our products may only be sold via your own website or physical store.

6. Account Termination

  • Dash Of Hounds reserves the right to suspend or terminate a wholesale account if:
    • The reseller violates the resale policy by listing products on restricted platforms.
    • There is misuse of wholesale discount codes (e.g., using for personal purchases).
    • There is any other breach of this wholesale policy.
